Fabulous restaurant especially for special occasions. Great menu, tasty dishes beautifully served, by experienced, polite, and friendly staff. The pre-fix menu is unique and given the range of dishes, though on the expensive side, is non—the less reasonably priced. If you try it, you will not be disappointed. It is one of our favorites.

Our dinner at Sophie’s was wonderful as usual. Sophie’s is one of my wife’s and my favorite restaurant’s . We dine here at about once a month . We love the atmosphere and the food as well as the staff. We both had escargot for the appetizer , deliciously prepared and presented. ( Be sure to use some of the bread to enjoy the garlic butter sauce !! ). My wife had the Steak Fritis Vert on the menu and I had the Grilled Yellow Fin Tuna from the special’s menu. Both dishes were prepared perfectly for us. We always tell our friends and family that if they want French Cuisine Sophie’s Bistro in Somerset , NJ is the place to go.

Tapas are my favorite way to eat. Bernadette does an excellent job with that approach to dining. I do wish there were more cooked green vegetable options.

Amazing food, great service, And truly a French meal. I’ll certainly return.

Need to be more open to all type of customer requirements if the business wants to expand. It was a very difficult process to get reservation as a gift.
