Francie is a Michelin-starred New York Brasserie with Italian and French influence. Francie is located in a limestone-clad former bank building and has the convivial feel of a neighborhood gathering place.     This is one of our favorite places. The oysters were amazing. We ordered a dozen and had to go ahead and order an extra half dozen. Great champagne options at amazing prices! Mussels, fantastic! The fries were also perfect. Dip them in the broth. Delicious. The atmosphere is also great. Low lighting, great music. It was our Valentine Dinner but we went on Saturday. Perfect date night.
