Beef Wellington is superb, I’m mentioning this because I’ve had it at various restaurants, including Gordon Ramsey’s and it has been the best at Tardif’s. The experience was a joy from the very start until our departure. We enjoyed ourselves and relished every bite. If we had time to return and further explore the menu we would!
