Inspired by the birthplace of the original Parisian brasseries along the Left Bank of the Seine River, Left Bank Brasserie is an authentic Parisian-style brasserie by Chef Roland Passot. Left Bank pays homage to the joiede vivre that is synonymous with the Left Bank neighborhood in Paris. Guests are invited to step intoFrench culture, in a vibrant, social atmosphere that captures all the charm of traditional brasseriesand iconic alfresco dining of France. An all-day menu features authentic French cuisine utilizingseasonal, local and organic ingredients, and consists of iconic lighter fare such as oysters, tartare andprawns provençal, in addition to heartier classics like coq au vin and beef bourguignon. Inspired by theParisian-style Bar Américain, an extensive cocktail menu features classics of a bygone era, along with awide range of rotating taps, seasonal drafts and bottled beer, and an expertly-curated wine selection.

We are delighted to bring the flavors ofCalifornia and France together in Chef Kosta's kitchen. Everything onhis menu is absolutely delicious and well executed. The flavors arebright and the ingredients market fresh, classic French dishes madelocal and organic — crab croquettes, rillettes de saumon, saladed’endives, pommes purée made the traditional way with crème fraîche,filet mignon, market fish au feu de bois, soupe à l'oignon, house madepastas, and more. The Chalet Basque restaurant is a family style restaurant serving dishes inspired by the Basque regions of France and Spain.     The dinner was lovely and the servers were very attentive. Wine list is perfect, mostly Spanish and French options with some American picks incorporated. Dishes my party had were the 3 option charcuterie, french onion soup, and moules marinières. Would definitely go back to try their brunch menu as well! Thank you for a great night!

    Left Bank at Larkspur is always favorable experience! The service is good and the food is even better.! We appreciate the continuity and attention to detail that comes from the kitchen makes our meals memorable every time. Kevin, the manager, is always so warm and welcoming; it just feels like family whenever we visit our favorite restaurant.

    The Friday night we went to dinner there was only one wait staff on the floor. Needless to say we had to wait awhile before our order was taken. Our server was very apologetic and offered a complementary tasting of wines (they were out of Pinot and Cab). We ordered the onion soup, cheeseburger, and lamb with polenta. We didn’t have to wait long for our food to arrive and everything tasted great. In fact my husband wants to go back so he can order the lamb for himself. Our server Hilda was lovely and we will be coming back soon.
