Established in 2017 by Executive Chef, Thomas Cauquil and Brewery Director, Vincent De Soyres, Frenchies Bistro & Brewery specialises in creating food and drinks for friends, all in a relaxed, casual, and unique setting, where customers have the option to dine surrounded by brewing tanks.Leaning on fresh, local, seasonal produce, the duo create all of their products in-house, from smoked and cured meats and hand rolled pastas, to Frenchies' award-winning beers and spritzes.Thomas and Vince first met at Albert de Mun Hotel and Catering School in Paris in 2005. The service was outstanding, good banter, excellent knowledge very engaging, the food was extremely high quality. Everything we ate was an adventure for the tastebuds. Titillatingly good. Each mouthful of each meal was somehow as good if not better than the sample before. The paired drinks were also delightful. A truly unforgettable night, and one that we’ll reflect on until the next tasting.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, food incredible! We asked to move to a nicer table and it was all fine, slight mistake with the bill that was quickly sorted. Again food is incredible!

We were given a private room for a group booking. The staff were outstanding, offered great advice and assistance and made the night thoroughly enjoyable. The food was lovely, and portion sizes didn't leave you feeling too full or still hungry. The wine and drinks menu had something for everyone.
