Established in 2017 by Executive Chef, Thomas Cauquil and Brewery Director, Vincent De Soyres, Frenchies Bistro & Brewery specialises in creating food and drinks for friends, all in a relaxed, casual, and unique setting, where customers have the option to dine surrounded by brewing tanks.Leaning on fresh, local, seasonal produce, the duo create all of their products in-house, from smoked and cured meats and hand rolled pastas, to Frenchies' award-winning beers and spritzes.Thomas and Vince first met at Albert de Mun Hotel and Catering School in Paris in 2005. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The explanations of each dish was comprehensive and we enjoyed each dish. The rainbow trout, mussels on toast, and oysters were our favourites.

We had an excellent meal at Gavroche- cocktails started the evening, and after choosing our meal (fois gras and scallops to start followed by steak frites and Rossini Tornedo) Matthieu our sommelier helped us choose a lovely bottle of Bordeaux red. The food and wine was excellent and the dessert (and dessert wine) was an excellent end to the meal, which we capped off with a glass of cognac. One of the highlights was the ambience and of the place and the very attentive service (so French). I would highly recommend Gavroche!!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, food incredible! We asked to move to a nicer table and it was all fine, slight mistake with the bill that was quickly sorted. Again food is incredible!
