Blondette is a French-inspired restaurant, concepted by award-winning Chef Daniel del Prado, offering traditional French cuisine fused with Pacific Northwest ingredients. Housed in a glass-covered atrium complete with an outdoor terrace and one of Minneapolis’ only retractable roofs, Blondette invites guests to mix and mingle under the stars all year long. In addition to dinner daily, each Saturday and Sunday, Blondette serves up elevated brunch fare from 9am - 2pm. Reservations recommended but not required. We also offer curated holiday menus for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve, Easter and Mother's Day. LOCATION: Blondette is located on the 5th floor of the iconic Rand Tower Hotel, conveniently attached to the Downtown Minneapolis Skyway. Each of Rand Tower Hotel’s restaurants and bars is a destination all its own, offering locals and travelers a unique culinary journey they won’t find anywhere else.PARKING: $10 valet parking is available with dining validation.

    The food and service was amazing! Sea Bass, Lobster Risotto, and Brisket Burger were yummy. Lu was a fabulous server! Attentive, kind and joyful. We were celebrating my daughter’s 40th birthday and Lu led us in singing happy birthday. I will be back!

    We love the Inn! We've never had a mediocre meal there. But last night, we walked over in the snow for Lobster Fest, and it was amazing! Although diners wouldn't know it if not relevant to one's diet, each of the 4 courses was gluten-free! Truly, delicious gluten-free food is so appreciated. Last night was wonderful---food, service, friendly staff, and a beautiful view of the snow. Thanks!

    Great option if you are staying at the hotel! If you are not & just want to go there beware it’s really close to the airport & you have to pay for parking.

    Pimento Kitchen in Minneapolis is a must-try! I had the chicken curry, and the spice level was just right—full of flavor with the perfect kick. Loved the reggae music playing in the next room, which created a great atmosphere. It was my first visit, thanks to a friend's recommendation, and it won’t be my last. If you’re looking for authentic Jamaican food and great vibes, this is the spot!
