Welcome to Flama Llama, where we strive to celebrate classic Latin dishes while bringing a uniquely Asian twist to them. Using the freshest ingredients and original recipes, every single one of our recipes are a labor of love (and the result of lots and lots of taste-testing). The team behind Flama Llama is proud to now call San Diego home, originally hailing from South America with roots Asia as well.     My friends and I celebrated Galentines in a Sunday Brunch and we had a blast. Service from Luca was 10/10. Super attentive with us and suggested great coffee drinks! Food was delicious, portions are well served! Ambience is great and we loved the desserts too. Super recommend it!

    Cocktails were phenomenal! I loved that the n/a cocktail tasted as good as a real one! Food was very good. Concept was really fun. Service was great, very fast, thoughtful and totally accommodating of our toddler! Great valenitne's day dinner for all three of us! I probably would have rated the food higher if it weren't for the fact that everything we've eaten in San Diego is amazing!!

    Excellent service and food. Loved the Japanese sweet potato, Halibut, and noodles. Perfect place for a date night out. We will go again!

    Always a good choice to hit Banbu with my wife and daughter. Good food, friendly service and very knowledgeable wait staff. It’s also always clean and warm on the patio, really a little oasis.
