FKABAM is a place for fun. We take our food seriously, but not ourselves. Tables are close together, and the atmosphere is loud and vibrant. Reservations are available four weeks in advance for parties of 1 to 4 guests. A really excellent lunch (only served from 3pm ... at least on a Monday. The choice of food is modest but really interesting and tasty. Service was warm and swift. The lamb dish (Rogan Josh?) was succulent and delicious. Make sure to book.

It's hard to leave a view when you're left speechless.. Let's start with the welcome - front of house staff dressed in uniform cream, each with their own defined and welcoming personality; no pressure to go for the tasting menu, but when you're told that it 'just keeps coming,' it's hard to resist. An informed sommelier tells you that the wine list changes each week and are responsibly sourced - this adds to the mix. And then the dishes do indeed keep coming - and what dishes they are. Victor Garvey is in many ways a summation of all the great restaurants in which he's worked - French Laundry, El Bulli etc.. This is, for me, the best place no just in London, but Europe... and it's just getting started...
