The Harwood Arms re-opened in September 2008 after some much needed refurbishment. This rural haven in the middle of Fulham is a collaboration between Brett Graham of the famed Ledbury restaurant, Mike Robinson of the acclaimed Pot Kiln pub in rural Berkshire and Edwin Vaux from the famous Vaux brewery. The idea is to provide Londoners with a really relaxed venue for eating the finest British produce, cooked amazingly well, accompanied by excellent beer and wine at a great price.

The Fox & Pheasant is a little “country” pub tucked away in a small corner of Chelsea. The pub was founded in 1846 and it began its life as the Bedford Arms. Ten years later it changed to the Prince of Wales and in 1965 became The Fox & Pheasant and we have no intention of changing its name again!Not only are we a snug pub in the winter with 3 fire places, a dartboard and dog biscuits for the well behaved companions (dogs)! We are lucky enough to be able to wind back our roof in the conservatory for those long summer lunches to. Alongside our a la carte menu we have a bar snack menu that not only runs all day, everyday but also contains such pub classics. Roasts run all day on a Sunday and we guarantee to make sure you will always have ample spuds, gravy and yorkies!

The Britannia is Richmonds leading independent restaurant and bar. 'The Crabtree, with its spectacular position downstream from The River Cafe,has a huge sprawling garden, a glazed colonnade and frontage on to theThames shaded by a weeping willow. The prawns in chilli hot oil and the toastspread with tomatoes and onions were good, so much so we ordered themagain when we returned for Sunday lunch. Sunday roasts with 'all thetrimming's' - we tried beef and pork - had everything a Sunday roast shouldhave. Somewhere rather spiffing to go' (Fay Machsler, Evening Standard)

    The Surprise was a wonderful place to enjoy our last dinner in London. The staff were so efficient and friendly and genuinely interested in their patrons. The menu was a delicious array of both farm and seafood. A good selection for those needing gluten free options too. Make sure you book as it fills up quickly and we went on a Tuesday evening. Wish we had a local like this in New Zealand!

    Très bon accueil, le personnel est prévenant et attentionné. La salle du restaurant est intimiste et chaleureuse, nous avons passé un très bon moment. Et les rôtis du dimanche sont savoureux ;)

    We had a really lovely Saturday afternoon lunch at The Victoria. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating - happy to change our booking as we extended our walk in a sunny Richmond Park. Food was delicious, staff hugely welcoming, great service and they even welcomed my muddy dog with a bowl of water and dog treats. Definitely recommend and will be coming back.
