The Harwood Arms re-opened in September 2008 after some much needed refurbishment. This rural haven in the middle of Fulham is a collaboration between Brett Graham of the famed Ledbury restaurant, Mike Robinson of the acclaimed Pot Kiln pub in rural Berkshire and Edwin Vaux from the famous Vaux brewery. The whipped Stilton starter, scallops appetizer, and venison main course were all terrific! Best meal I have had in quite a long time, and best pub food in London. Upstairs dining room (with its own bar) is cozy and comfortable. Friendly staff, nice wine selection, and prompt service. I look forward to my next visit!

Had an outstanding experience last night for my son’s 18th; outstanding food and personal service, it’s a shame we aren’t often in Shoreditch because this place is a gem Scallops were a must, also the duck and the scotch eggs. Pork and steak were perfect too. We had a lot of the menu and nothing let us down.

Great food - the King Prawn and Monkfish curry and the Sea Bass were both outstanding, as was the Artic Roll dessert. Great choice of drinks too.
