We both had the duck/rigatoni and we were really impressed with the dish. A real nice mix of shredded duck within the dish which included small onions/leeks and pasta cooked perfectly topped with lots of parm. Really tasty. Our server, Nick, was great. He knew it was our anniversary from the on-line booking and asked if we would like a little complimentary bubbly to start. As he is a sommelier, he described the bubbly and its detail upon delivery. The menu isn't too elaborate but there certainly were enough choices for us. We've often had the Woods burger which is always good but we were both happy we tried something new. The room(s) can be noisy so I wouldn't expect a quiet romantic dinner out but the restaurant has a warm vibe befitting the ski hill backdrop. We go to the Woods in the summer after a hike and during a ski week and it never disappoints.

Excellent experience we love the restaurant and the staff were wonderful. Meals were awesome!

Food was fantastic and the service was outstanding. However the noise was very hard to hear you talk and to hear your server. Will go back again soon

Food was wonderful as was the service. We were in the backroom and it feels like a conference room, poorly lit though. The rest of the restaurant had a really nice atmosphere. We were a party of 7 so I imagine that’s why we were back there. Would be nice if it was decorated like the rest of the restaurant though. Food was Excellent!
