The food was mediocre. I was upset about the food but the ambience was great. 20% gratuity added for a quesadilla, a fish sandwich, fries and water. Felt it was undeserving.

Brianna the bar manager could not have been nicer and she really went out of her way to make our time enjoyable! Plus the food was very delicious!

Food is good and very nice location but very expensive for what you get

So Good! Salmon is a delicious low calorie meal and the fettuccini is a yummy full meal. We sat in the open air patio. It was a very comfortable evening. Food options can be ordered off the Muse Bar menu as well. The local brew, Floridian, on tap completed our meals. This restaurant is very nice and convenient for the Hilton guests but accessible for others. Just self-park and your ticket can be validated after your meal.
