The name “Amylos” denotes our passion for food and bringing to you Greece’s authentic flavors.     This is the second time I’ve eaten at Blue Mezze. The $59 Thanksgiving special was a great deal for my friend and me! The appetizers are delicious; red lentil soup, Greek salad, and babaganoush. The turkey was unconventional for Thanksgiving. It was sort of mixed in with rice, but very tasty. The dessert of cold baklava is also unconventional, but delish! The special also included a glass of wine or beer. The menu may not appeal to everyone for Thanksgiving, but if you’re willing to try something a little different, it’s great value for the money. Service is friendly and efficient.

    Food is 5 star. Service is 5 stars. Everything is appropriate for a 5 star rating … except… one thing…. When I bring a special bottle of wine in for my birthday… don’t charge me $45 for a corking fee! $10 is standard. $25 is upper tier… $45 is stupid. Seriously that’s my only complaint. I go to Christos because it is superb quality. I am fine with paying more for high quality. But $45 for a corking fee… not reasonable.

    Excellent experience as per usual! Nick’s should be your new favorite place if you have never been. The Queens GO TO restaurant!! Enjoy again and again :) Super attentive staff and owner—always making it a fun time!!!

    We came here to celebrate a small wedding with friends and family and everything was perfect. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. The music and ambiance were wonderful. Would definitely recommend!
