Eastside Bar & Grill pays homage to the upmarket dining experiences of New York, nestled within a heritage listed warehouse, evoking the atmosphere of New York’s famed meatpacking district. At Eastside you'll find incredible seafood and the finest cuts of meat that have been dry-aged in-house and prepared on the beautiful custom-built Parrilla wood-fire grill by Head Chef Sebastian Plazas and team.Dark, sexy and theatrical, the restaurant features a leather paneled bar with bronze back bar display.     Fantastic experience on Christmas Eve at Squires. We were very happy witj the table which had incredible views of the Harbour bridge and Opera House.

    We were there for my birthday dinner last night, food was excellent and the waitress was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing I did not like were the little bowls the sauce came in, when you poured the sauce it spilled over the sides and made a mess, the servers did not say which sauce was which and they were mixed up. Other diners were cold although it was the middle of summer and had heaters in which was uncomfortable for me. The food is excellent although some things I thought were a bit pricey. Overall it was an enjoyable night and the tomahawk steak was delicious so were the chicken wings!

    Celebrating our sister’s 60th birthday with family and friends at Margaret was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make the day special. The food was incredible - and a lot of it! And the service was friendly and flawless. It was a perfect way to mark this milestone birthday. I cannot recommend Margaret enough for any special occasion. Thank you to all at Margaret for making this day extraordinary!

    I've been to the other Elements restaurants in Darlinghurst and Pyrmont. This evening my friend and I wanted to try the Tomahawk steak and Tommy margarita deal, and decided to go to Walsh Bay. My experience at these restaurants thus far has been consistent. Great food, great atmosphere (especially at Walsh Bay where the views and decor are on another level) and excellent service. Tonight, Nico took our order and made sure we enjoyed our dinner and time at the venue. We ordered an entree of Buffalo Calamari to go with our tomahawk. Recommend! The tomahawk steak was incredible not only in its size but texture and flavour. It melts in your mouth! They take it out and finish preparing and cutting it at your table for added theatrics. This didn't affect me, but if you have dietary requirements, it seems like they are more than happy to accommodate your needs. Overall, I really enjoyed my time and will definitely be coming back.
