The Carriage House Restaurant in the F.M. Kirby Carriage House is open for Pre-Performance and Post-Matinee dining. Two Course Prix Fixe lunch and Three Course Prix Fixe dinners are available two and half hours prior to most Main Stage Performances and after all Matinee Performances at the Paper Mill Playhouse. Reservations are strongly recommended. Check PaperMill.org for scheduling and ticket availability.     Every dish was wonderful and the nebbiolo by the glass was a delight. Staff was attentive and every dish was explained by a chef down to the smallest detail. Great vibe. Great date spot. Thank you!

    The food and service were great. The bread was nice and warm. We has the crab augratin and the Q'tal salad as appetizers and it was delicious. I had a pinot grio and my friend hasbthebberry passion which she said was delicious. As entrees, we had the half chicken and salmon dishes and it did not disappoint. For dessert er had tiramimus and Brule with cappuccino. The desserts was great. I thought the cappuccino was not hot. It was warm. And the was the only issue but I still enjoyed it. Overall, it was a great experience. Loved it.
