I came here on the recommendation of a review in the FT weekend magazine- Tim Hayward. The food lived up to his description. We were fortunate to have one excellent waitress who also helped with the wine menu, which was very well thought out and presented from 7000 BC to 3000 AD! Loved it!

Fantastic experience. The venue was gorgeous, the staff were so attentive and kind. Food was 10/10 I will be returning very soon ! Perfect dinner for my boyfriends birthday

Our waiter Marcel was fantastic. He heard that we didn't like one of the dishes, and offered to take it off the bill! We didn't ask as we wanted to experiment with no strings attached; what a lovely gesture from him. The rest of the food was impeccable as always, and the atmosphere is romantic and cheerful. For reference, our favourite steak on the menu happens to be the cheapest one! - Denver steak - Beef dripping chips - Chop sauce - Chilli hollandaise (for dipping the chips) - White chocolate and wild berry cheesecake - Sweet potato (not so good) Would absolutely recommend coming here, as the price is fair and the service is awesome! 😎

Great place, very quirky and cosy. We had lunch Caesar salad’s for lunch, the chicken was a bit dry and there wasn’t a great amount of sauce so had to ask for more, the staff were very attentive. Highly recommend the truffle chips. I’ll definitely be going back as really like the venue and it’s local.

The ambience and sitting outside was nice and warm, food was really nice and well presented and staff was friendly and welcoming. Location was accessible to car park .
