They also made our night special because we were celebrating a birthday, our server Sean was so polite, professional and knowledgeable about the menu and even gave suggestions. Usually, the seating times for tastings are set. All of the dishes were outstanding and chef Ebbe was working the whole counter, serving guests and explaining the ingredients, answering any questions or just talking to guests when they wanted to talk.
