Campisi's Downtown is owned and operated by David Campisi and his family. The restaurant has a long and storied history, beginning in 1946 when David's great-grandfather bought a bar with a small kitchen and began making pizzas - the first ever in Dallas. This has become the favorite restaurant for my husband and I to go for special dinners out. Excellent food, excellent service, creative cocktails. It’s expensive, but the prices are fair for what you get.

We sat outside on the patio and had the best experience on a gorgeous day. The food was phenomenal and the service was top notch. Our waitress gave us great recommendations and everything we had was fantastic. Thi’s was our second trip and we will definitely be back!
