The experience reminds me of a traditional Italian trattoria in a city neighbourhood. There was a good mix of regulars and city visitors which added to the cosy ambience. The furnishings and decor were a good blend of traditional and contemporary with subtle lighting. The staff were professional, welcoming and knowledgeable about the food and wine. The value for money on the set lunch menu was astonishing. The food was traditional, with a good choice and quality and well cooked and presented.

Food was good - but it’s overpriced for pasta and pizza? £20+ for a pasta dish? £25 for a pizza? Am I missing something?

We had a lovely authentic Italian/Sicilian lunch. Everything about Veeno was very good. The service, food and ambiance.
