We stay true to Italy's culinary standards to retain the natural freshness and flavors of our dishes, which makes us one of the ONLY restaurants in the US to never incorporate artificial flavorings, colorings, or preservatives, nor do we use corn syrups in any of our beverages. We take pride in guaranteeing that none of our offerings contain GMO fruits, vegetables, or processed seed oils. Our olive oil, frying oil, flour, and sauce are all imported from Italy, while our meat, seafood and produce are sourced locally. I can not begin to explain how special tonight was. I called ahead to specifically tell the manager it was my anniversary and wow did he go above and beyond to sure my wife and I had the best time. My servers were fantastic, the food was amazing, and I just left so happy. Well Done Casa Stellina!! Well done.

This was our first visit to Trento. Food was excellent, two waiters served us and they were both very attentive. interesting food choices, well prepared. Looking forward to going back.
