Itria is a Modern Italian restaurant brought to you by Chef Daniel Evers and Omakase Capital. The name comes from the Syriac word 'itriya,' used by Arab geographer al-ldrisi to describe a type of dried pasta he saw in Sicily during the 12th century. The origins of this term are much older, however, with varying versions of it found in ancient records across the Mediterranean and Middle-East. The name reflects just a small piece of the evolution of Italian cuisine as a confluence of global influences. Another wonderful meal at Delfina :-) We’ve been customers for 25 years, and this group of nine had a spectacular dinner. The food, the service, the ambiance — all excellent! The team at Delfina always delivers, and it was a delight to celebrate with them once again :-)

Staff was very accommodating, professional, attentive, courteous. Food was excellent…..we planned my Husband’s Birthday dinner there and I’m so grateful they were able to take in a large party (especially during the Holidays). Thank you Manzoni…we will definitely return!
