What was once used as an encampment for General Lafayette's troops during the Revolutionary War has been transformed into a modern, elegant restaurant with the feel and charm of a Tuscan villa. Consistently wonderful! We love Biagios for an informal lunch or a special dinner because they always go the extra mile to please their customers. All staff are lovely, the food and ambiance is excellent! There’s a lively bar perfect for happy hour too!

Celebrated a birthday meal here and we were very happy with our server Sam. She was amazing. The food was excellent, wine was great. The friendliness and the service. The was very attentive to us. Everything was amazing.

Great experience. Food excellent. Reserved the private round table tucked in back of restaurant for 3 couples. Food was excellent everyone loved their choices. Service was good. One thing that was odd was that when we got there all the glasses and plates were upside down rims touching table. We are germaphobes so we wiped down our glasses. Also when server brought the Pellagrino she just plopped it on table not opened, no ice, no lemon. Typically a restaurant will bring it with glasses filled with ice and lemon/lime wedges. Despite these minor oversights, I do recommend this very good restaurant in the heart of Ridgewood.
