Fatto a Mano Pizzeria serves authentic Neapolitan pizza & independent craft beers alongside sides and desserts. Our dough is made fresh daily and proved slowly, meaning we're able to use minimal quantities of yeast and our pizzas are light. Our commitment is to quality, and we use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas.Beers on tap include our own Fatto Bionda Helles Lager and Joosy Hazy Pale from Brighton’s UnBarred, and The Kernel’s Table Beer. The food was outstanding. The only minor comment I have is that the menu was in Italian and so we did not know what to order for a little while before the waitress explained it to us. Other than that everything was brilliant.

Went to the Pizza Room for an early dinner with 3 colleagues. Pizza choice is extensive and good wine as well. We we served warmly, quickly and efficiently and we had a great chat while having our meal. Would go again and recommend. The Auntumn and Summer pizzas were very good, probably a more eat-with-your hands place although there is cutlery.
