Fossetta is a natural wine bar and restaurant in the Lower East Side. Charlene Santiago (formerly of The John Dory Oyster Bar and Reynard) and Josh Even (Tosca Cafe in SF, Breslin Bar & Dining Room, The Spotted Pig) have curated a menu of Sourdough Focaccia, Antipasti, and House-Made Pastas influenced by the flavors of Italy and the Mediterranean. The oft-changing wine list features natural wines from small producers from around the world. Large garage doors provide a casual indoor/outdoor European appeal. Come for a glass of wine and snacks, or enjoy a full dinner, or celebrate a special occasion. Open for Lunch and Brunch as well! We also offer family-style dinners for groups of 9 or more. Emporio, a rustic Roman-style trattoria, managed by the same team responsible for the successful Aurora Brooklyn and Aurora Soho restaurants, has become another one of their dining destinations known for excellent food delivered in a relaxed and authentic setting.Literally an Emporio, the restaurant will sell a superior selection of quality Italian provisions offering Italian and local cheeses, artisanal and house cured charcuterie, raw bar, fritti, wood-fired pizzas, homemade pastas and traditional Roman entrees. The menu concept is far ranging and flexible, allowing clients to design a meal suitable for their palette and their price point. In addition to traditional dining service, other options include a glass of wine with antipasti, a family style meal at a communal table or a pizza and prosecco break. Emporio, which means “local grocery store” in Italian, is offering authentic Roman cuisine with an international flair.

Supper is The Third restaurant from the Frank crew. Here Frank has taken his favorite classic dishes from all over the north of italy and coupled them with a space that reeks Old East Village charm. Wine wine and more Italian Wines than any other east village restaurant. Think lots of brick and stone low lighting and a handinstalled Florentine wood ceiling pictured in the last supper. Old Venetian glass hanging chandeliers and it's all just a setting for a whirling swirling kitchen center stage. Yeah...Veal Milanese (proper), Bolognese out the... You guessed it. OUT DA BUTT. Beef short ribs BAROLO, yup. Freshest salads and MOZZ, SPECK, FALL PARM SALAD, BURRATA, spag limone!!! Yeah... Spag cacio pepe, Bagna Caoda, Osso buco, BOLLITO MISTO, Risotto Amarone, Arista di maiale, Dad's SUNDAY MARINARA SAUCE, chunky and ripped with fresh ricotta cheese.

    Consistently one of my favourite restaurants for the last 15 years. Food is incredible, service has always been excellent and I love the ambience. 10/10 no notes.

    Love the staff and ambiance! We had only been here once before as walk ins and one of the bartenders remembered that we had been there before! Our first visit was months ago. Just felt very welcomed and at home. I think me and my fiancé have found a new go to in the area

    The place was absolutely beautiful. The value you get is surprisingly fair, and the food was absolutely wonderful. Our party had an issue with a missing side, that was reminded and still never received but such is life. The place was great, I would absolutely go again

    I love Trapizzino. However our server experience was poor. They didn’t check on us and we had to remind them several times about our entrees. One of the very good servers offered us a round of shots as a gesture, which we appreciated. Otherwise wonderful spot and I plan to return.
