Impeccable service with friendly staff. Absolutely delicious food. My only dislike was that our table (for two) was very close to our neighbors. In retrospect, I would have rather booked the open kitchen bar than be uncomfortably close to the table next to us, but I didn’t know ahead of time. Just something to consider when making a booking.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by Tatianna, the hostess, who not only made us feel at home but also provided fantastic recommendations for local spots to explore during our visit to Quebec. Our server, Rodrigo, was a true gem. Trilingual, charismatic, and incredibly attentive, he made the evening even more special with his engaging personality and flawless service. He had a way of anticipating every need while adding a layer of joy and entertainment to the meal. Rodrigo is a true professional who elevates the dining experience. Now, on to the food—the highlight of the evening. As a former chef, I can confidently say this was one of the greatest culinary experiences of my life. The menu, crafted by the talented young chef Arthur from France, is nothing short of extraordinary. Arthur’s ability to merge classic French techniques with innovative, forward-thinking elements is pure genius. Each dish felt like a modern ode to tradition, paying respect to French culinary heritage while pushing it into the future. The Noël 2024 menu is superb. Every plate was not just food but art, showcasing impeccable attention to detail, stunning presentation, and harmonious flavors that danced on the palate.
