Varia's modern Italian fare is made from only the best local ingredients and the wine studio features over 100 hand-selected wines, including 50 by the glass. The dining room's intricate finishes and the warm glow of its reclaimed chandelier, formally of the Historic Cavalier's ballroom, offers an intimate ambiance that invites conversation over a full bodied merlot.     Service and food were top notch. Reds were just ok for my pallet. My other 2 guests said the same. Brut was outstanding though...so go fizzy and get chow. Semper Fi and glad to support a veteran establishment.

    My wife and I loved Chef’s Kitchen & Cocktails! The food was delicious, the servers treated us like family, and the vibe was very relaxed and the music was perfect! We will definitely be back right after we tell all our friends and family to pull up!

    Excellent presentation meal, service, and attentiveness by our server Trevor. The short tib and squid ink pasta plus salads were exceptional. Highly recommend!

    Vibes were there! It was so pretty and classy and cute. everything was great except the steak. Maybe I’m a steak critic but I felt like all i could taste was the char on the steak which really ruined it for me. I never reach for salt at the restaurant and the amount of times i salted the steak was insane. It seemed to lack a marinade or seasoning blend. But besides that everything was fantastic, i plan on returning just maybe not the steak this time
