Carmel Bistro Giovanni has been our go to place in Carmel. Preparation of food has always been consistent and recipes never change. Service is one of the best in town.

It has been many years since I've dined at Casanova. I was happy to learn that the years have only enhanced the charm, atmosphere and cuisine. Both our server and the sommelier were excellent. Both were engaging, kind, and offered excellent descriptions & recommendations. The seafood linguine was superb, as was the Sancerre wine that I paired with it. Our food came out in a timely manor and was piping hot when served. I honestly wish I lived in Carmel (for many reasons) but if I did I would dine at Casanova weekly.

Nice family dinner in Carmel. Food was spot on. Little pricey but that’s to be expected in Carmel. Waiter was very polite but he was busy so it took a while between drink refills. Food came out on time and presentation was well done. Pesto chicken pasta dish was excellent.

Snagged a high top table with my 2 little kids and felt spoiled the entire time! Wonderful servers, working on new years day, still smiling. I had the tricolore salad and a pasta and both were delicious. I cleaned my plate. They also offered spaghetti and meatballs for the kids and 1 dish was enough for both of them. Will gladly come back
