Scarpetta’s name is derived from the familial gesture “Fare la Scarpetta!” an Italian expression that describes the gesture of taking the little boot-shaped piece of bread to soak of the remaining sauce left in the pot of one’s home kitchen.     Had a reservation and was seated immediately. Wait staff was extremely professional, kind and prompt. Manager (I’m assuming) stopped by to check on us. Good was excellent. It is a bit on the pricey side, but well worth it. Will definitely return on our next vacation

    Old school Italian restaurant with too many great choices. Our server (Rob) was attentive and a lot of fun. We ordered a salad, 2 main entrees and dessert for 6, plus 1 bottle of wine (Chianti) and that was enough food without any leftovers. Tried 2 new items - the Rigatoni country style and the Italian cheesecake - and they did not disappoint. Veal Parmigiana and Ceasar Salad (including anchovies on the side) were also very good.

    Such a brand new precious instant classic on the culinary landscape on the Las Vegas Strip. From ambience to service to food, you will be wowed by the top notch experience and offerings without completely flattening your wallet as other establishments would. Paul, the manager, is super hospitable and fun, and treats the customers right. Don’t miss the speakeasy lounge (see if you can find it on your own 😜). Don’t miss the spectacular balcony/terrace dining floating above the Strip and facing the Bellagio fountains, flanked by the Paris Eiffel Tower/hot air balloon and Cosmopolitan.

    Food was delicious and presented well. Service was courteous and very attentive. We were seated with excellent view of the Bellagio fountain. Price is $$$$, as expected, and worth it. Definitely will come back
