The food was absolutely wonderful…the rockfish was perfect. We were in the covered patio area and it was completely wet floor…seems the owners could keep the water out of there. Also, the over heat was miserably hot because it is directly pointed at the tables in the middle. I would recommend not being seat out there during cold or rain.

We had a great first experience at La Grotta, we chose the 4 course option and enjoyed every part of the experience. Our top favorites were the pheasant ravioli with butter sage sauce and and dessert, but every course was great!

It was my first time - I had high expectations as I had heard amazing things. It was a special birthday dinner. We thought the food was good.... but didn't blow our minds, considering the price point. A lot of the food seemed overly salted/seasoned and that's coming from someone who loves their salt. The Fondue appetizer and Zeppole dessert (like italian beignets made with ricotta) were both extraordinary and I would come back for those.

Fantastic food! Attentive wait staff! Great vibe! Must eat here! I will again until I eat my way through the menu.
