Koisan Sushi is a Japanese restaurant that has offered creative, fresh, and authentic Japanese cuisine at the heart of orange for 40 years. Illuminated by Japanese style lanterns and the walls adorned with specialized craftsman woodwork, Koisan is a time machine to ancient Japan. Koisan's dining experience can be approached one of two ways.     The food and service at Roy’s was unparalleled, as usual. Highly recommend. Try the filet mignon and the shellfish platter. For cocktails, the pineapple coconut martini, and for dessert, the pineapple upside down cake with coconut ice cream. Delicious!

    My husband and I took our (grown) granddaughters to this restaurant last night. It was the first time that any of us had been there, and we were WOWED! Our server, Jason, was amazing! He was helpful without being overbearing and humorous, and very accommodating! The food was excellent...and I'm not a seafood kind of girl, to be honest. I had the scallops and they were perfect...Everyone at our table was 100% happy with their meal...AND the pricing was amazing. I thought that the bill was going to be way higher! We will all definitely be returning!

    We really enjoyed our experience at Benihana! We had two birthday celebrants and a first timer in our party, and everyone felt very special and celebrated. Joseph was an excellent chef and the food was fabulous!!
