The best food I have ever had in my life. Each bite was so amazingly complex and delicious. There was a perfect balance of upscale food and service in a beautiful and comfortable setting.

First time eating at your establishment, I was very impressed as soon as I walked in the door. The staff was friendly, welcoming in our server along with other staff did a phenomenal job to all our needs. The presentation of the food was spectacular and looking forward to visiting again when I’m in town. Great job to all the staff, cheers!

This restaurant should run the government lol We went on Valentine’s Day (usually a day of mediocre service and food due to crowds). Not fishbones! The staff was bending over backwards hustling - everyone working together efficiently. The food was perfectly prepared - no detail was lacking. It’s always a consistently outstanding experience no matter the day time or holiday. I always love the Chilean sea bass and the dang bang shrimp. The steak is also pure perfection. This time we tried the shrimp cocktail and….wow. HUGE shrimp with an exceptional flavor and texture. The cost is always shocking but I’ve never had anything that didn’t feel worth the price. We love to come here for special occasions.

Seito is always a great time for us and great food! This time in particular we loved our server, Jeremy! Super attentive and fun! We loved everything we had that he recommended. All of the employees here are wonderful! Definitely can’t wait to be back! Which will be sooner than later! :) thanks for giving us a great Galentines!

We enjoyed an outstanding culinary experience at UMI. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The staff at UMI have mastered the art creating fresh and original sushi along with select specialties that are all amazing. Enjoy dining on Park Avenue at its finest!
