Catch Hospitality Group's eighth location, Catch Dallas, will be opening it's doors in the iconic and historic Maple Terrace Development this Fall. The 16,000 square-foot dining destination in Uptown Dallas will be complete with a two-level outdoor patio and private events in the signature space, the Emerald Room. The menu will marry simple yet elegant seafood, sushi, and steak both globally and locally influenced alongside beloved signature dishes like the Catch Roll and Truffle Sashimi. Catch Dallas will feature premium Japanese specialties like luxury sushi selections from Tokyo's Toyosu Market and a unique variety of Japanese Wagyu, which is masterfully seared tableside on a hot rock. Shinsei Restaurant - Traditional Sushi / Contemporary Asian KitchenWhen we came up with the concept of Shinsei we wanted a place that reflected our lifestyles: sometimes we went out to dinner with our kids and sometimes with our friends and husbands. We wanted to create a place where a night out with the kids didn’t mean food adults had to suffer through or a night out with the parents didn’t mean a stuffy place where kids had to wear a scratchy clip-on tie. Shinsei is just that: a neighborhood gathering place with date night appeal. But not so unexpected that you won’t be able to decipher the menu or recognize your favorite dish. Our signature poppers, for instance, are a sophisticated mix of late night bar food and sumptuous finger food with a distinctly Asian flair.

Open for over 20 years, Oishii Owner & Executive Chef Thanh Nguyen serves some of the most creative comfort sashimi, sushi, and specialty rolls (including many rice-less and gluten-free options) in Dallas. We have an extensive Pan-Asian menu that has classic Vietnamese dishes such as shaken beef tenderloin, fried whole snapper, and incredible pho, and Chinese favorites like peking duck and sea-salt style combination seafood. The beverage menu to include over 20 wines by the glass and a constantly rotating selection of the best 100 wines he can procure.     The best meal my husband and I have had in Dallas. We split 3 rolls and edamame between the two of us and it was plenty of food. We also loved the clarified mezcalrita, and my husband said it was the best cocktail he’s ever had. Could not recommend Catch higher!!

    Great food ! Service was outstanding. Parking is bad, no parking to use had to park at offices across the street. Ambiance was nice but too crowded tables so close together you can have a conversation with people next to you and music was so loud you have to scream at each other to hear the person in front of you.
