Inspired by the Japanese philosophy of minimalism, the interior of Nomiya is split between a hickory-accented bar and windowed dining room framed by black granite walls. Guests can pair their meal with one of the eleven premium bottles of sake listed on the menu, such as the unfiltered, cream-colored Yuki Tora Snow Tiger nigori or bright, effervescent Uka Junmai Daiginjo; or opt for a refreshing cocktail made with soju – the national drink of Korea which is commonly distilled from potato. My boyfriend and I went for our anniversary dinner and we were not disappointed. This place exceeded our expectations and then some! The service was incredible, our waiter Andy was so attentive, and thoughtful. The staff was quick, efficient and just as attentive. They knew what we needed or wanted before we could even ask. The food was insanely delicious! Definitely our new date night spot!

My first time here. Nice large restaurant with two different seating areas. Wonderful ambiance. What is nice about the menu is you can have dinner for a modest cost (i.e, their pizza, Union burger, salads and appetizers) or get more moderate priced main courses. The portions were very decent size. The food came out fresh and nice temperature. The service was very good with the waiter and support wait staff very attentive to our needs. Will be back.
