It was my first visit with a friend today at lunch. First, kudos to the owners for the restaurant design!! Loads of beautiful walnut and leather, sophisticated lighting and special features including a skylight which graze-lights the fluted walnut walls!! Service was attentive and helpful. Water glasses were always full. The menu perfectly encompasses a broad range of seafood prepared from raw to fried - even a few beef items to round out the choices. I had the Sushi-Salad - perfect portions, nicely plated and tasty!!! My friend had the Niçoise salad which also got high praise. Balboa is on my “regular” list from now on - I am a fan!!

We had a memorable birthday evening here! Hudson was our server and he was excellent, patient in explaining the menu, and also listening well to our preferences. The result was a great experience. Every dish was unique and so tasty.

Handies consistently delivers amazing taste and excellent service every time we visit. The quality never disappoints, and we're always excited to return for another great experience. They are cautious about allergies as well! Thank you for always taking great care of us Hebert, Kalani, and Khoa!!

Everything was fantastic but the service was phenomenal! Coming back this week because our waitress was just so incredible! Thank you for the unforgettable service and dinning experience! (The hostess was also lovely and made our night special)

The food and the service were amazing. Expect to spend about $150 to $200 per person, but it’s worth it.
