FOUR is a luxe & intimate restaurant located in Oyster Bay, New York offering inventive, multi-course tasting menus. This immersive dining experience of 12-15 courses lasts approximately 2 and half hours. Chef Jesse Schenker executes his menu from an open kitchen surrounded by a chef's counter and serves up to ten guests per seating. FOUR is housed in a restored shingle Cottage, where the first floor has been transformed into an exhibition kitchen with aesthetic homage to Scandinavian design. We dined at Opus and took advantage of the $59.99 prix fixe menu. What a deal!! Almost everything that is on the standard menu is on here, though a few require a $5 up charge. The portion sizes are the same as the standard ones. We were a group of 4 and had 4 different appetizers, 4 different entrees and 4 different desserts- everything was excellent!

We had an amazing experience. Our servers Gaby and Stephanie were exceptional and very professional. Their knowledge of the food and drinks were impeccable. They made our Christmas Eve dining experience very memorable and enjoyable.
