Izakaya Hachi is an authentic Japanese restaurant serving Japanese tapas, Yakitori, fresh oysters, ShabuShabu, traditional Sushi, and a unique variety of Sake.To maintain the social distance guideline, we will check all customer's temperature and ask to sanitize your hands before entering the restaurant. We have a 15 minutes grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your reservation time. Party of 1 or 2 may go to a bar counter seat when a busy hour.     Christmas Dinner at Manpuku is truly the best way to celebrate and end the year!! My two daughters and I really enjoyed this special night consisting of two orders of the Prime Beef Course plus additional Pork Belly with Sanchu Lettuce, Marinated Chicken Breast and Thighs, Tokyo Prime Beef Tongue, Assorted Mushrooms, Manpuku Salad and Garlic Cloves. I must say that the Prime Course is a super deal at $69 per person and the five cuts of beef plus shrimp are pure quality and tenderness!! Comes with Spicy Soup, Assorted Kimchee, Bean Sprouts, Cabbage Salad, Stone Pot Garlic Rice and dessert…..WOW!! And I washed it all down with four ATF brew Asahi Super Drys on tap!! Best of all, hats off and truly appreciate hard working Japanese gals Risa and Nasa plus the back of the house gang and dude manager-san for showing up on Christmas!!!

    Still the best deal in the Southland!! Quality, freshness, simplicity and healthiness are hard to beat in this crappy economy but Shinsengumi Shabu delivers like a Shohei Grand Slam!! Tonight my dude bros Cody and Micah handled the hungry crowd with gusto and bravado…….but kind of missed my ATF servers Riley and Kendall……oh well!! Seniors like me get a discount and the Sapporo draft is hard to pass up…….life is good as long as you’re still ticking and there’s this joint to celebrate!!

    Food, service, atmosphere. Everything was great! Started off with Shikuwasa sour, which was very smooth and refreshing! My favorite appetizer was kinpira renkon! There so many options, so I can’t wait to visit and try them all!
