Zitz Sum is a 30 seat seasonal restaurant located inside of an historic building in Coral Gables, Florida. Our story, is a story of resilience, passion & commitment, that is translated in a plate of food, excellent service and unapologetic gracious hospitality. Our current menu is an autobiographical journey reflecting Chef’s experiences and our affinity for Japanese ingredients and technique. We currently offer A la carte menu that changes with the seasons, and a Seven Course Tasting Menu that changes weekly. You can’t go wrong with Benihana, Service was great they made sure to sit us together since we were 12 people they made sure to get us 2 tables together. Luis our chef was great as well. Overall for a big group celebrating a Birthday this is the spot. Btw Try the Whale Sake you’ll thank me later

Incredibly unique dining experience. No signs. Have to go thru the bank see the dude sitting on a chair and go to the right. Two options ala carte or the tasting menu. The staff is knowledgeable and will guide you thru the menu. Bring money it’s not cheap but worth every penny.

It was a wonderful experience thanks to the great atmosphere, delicious food, lively music, friendly guests, and attentive servers. Even though we arrived close to closing time, we had plenty of time to enjoy our meal, as the restaurant stayed open until we finished eating. I love Gyu-Kaku restaurants in Boston, MA, although I often find the menu challenging to understand. It's one of my top three favorite restaurants!
