Zitz Sum is a 30 seat seasonal restaurant located inside of an historic building in Coral Gables, Florida. Our story, is a story of resilience, passion & commitment, that is translated in a plate of food, excellent service and unapologetic gracious hospitality. Our current menu is an autobiographical journey reflecting Chef’s experiences and our affinity for Japanese ingredients and technique. We currently offer A la carte menu that changes with the seasons, and a Seven Course Tasting Menu that changes weekly. Our tasting menu consists of playful snacks and bites to get the night going, and an array of our signature and favorite current dishes. Our dining experience is always nothing short of fab! {4th visit!} The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between elegant & welcoming w soft lighting & tasteful decor. The service was impeccable! Our waiter {Shantanu} was very attentive without being intrusive. He was knowledgeable about the menu & provided recommendations tailored to our preferences. {I am a pescatarian.} Though the food itself was the true star of the evening… Each dish was a work of art, beautifully plated & bursting w flavor! Dessert {Monte Fiji} was simply divine. I cannot recommend Noe highly enough. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply in the mood to dine out, this restaurant is a must!
