Here at Shokunin we serve traditional omakase styled courses. Omakase is a Japanese phrase that means "I'll leave it up to you”. The chef chooses the fresh fish selection daily and garnishes it into a 11 or 13 course meal. Our mission is to deliver a fine dining experience in a casual environment all at an affordable price.As a disclaimer, we do not sell any rolls that are baked, fried, or contain eel sauce or spicy mayo.     We love this place but Edgar, the manager really put this time over the top. My steak came out well done and was supposed to be medium rare. Not a big deal, it happens. He brought it out himself and apologized for it happening and taking so long. He really went out of this way to make this right. He took time to speak with us and we really enjoyed talking to him. Thank you, Edgar again for everything!

    I love this restaurant. They ALWAYS give me fantastic service and the food never disappoints. Tonight Daniel was my searcher and he has never been my server before.     It's always a treat to take the family out for the holidays. It saves anyone from cooking and allows us to engage comfortably. Benihana never disappoints. Deontae our chef did an excellent job of making our meal a fun adventure. He was engaging, got all of our orders perfect and put on quite a show. We are thankful and grateful for another outstanding experience at Benihana.

    We had a great Christmas Eve dinner at King's Fish House. The food and service were excellent. We've been to the Corona location a couple of times but first time at the Rancho Cucamonga location. The quality of the dining experience is consistent no matter which location you choose to visit. King's Fish House is our favorite seafood restaurant. We'll keep coming back!
