Service was amazing from the moment we walked through the door. The host says immediately greeted and walked me to my seated reservation. I was promptly greeted by someone to get our drink orders. Our server was amazing. The best customer service I’ve ever received at any restaurant. She knew the menu. She had some great recommendations and she was on top of things while taking care of multiple tables for a very busy Sunday night. Our food was amazing. All in my party were raving about how scrumptious our meal and appetizers were. You can tell our sushi was fresh and our food was cooked to order. Great follow through with the staff to check on us to make sure we had everything we need. Overall, I’m super impressed with the level of service and will visit this establishment again in the future when I visit Vegas

Dining at Nobu in Caesar’s Palace was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with a warm welcome and attentive care throughout the meal. Mina, our server, was exceptional—thorough, knowledgeable, and always ensuring that every detail was perfect. As for the food, it was nothing short of outstanding. The lobster tempura was perfectly crispy yet tender, bursting with delicate flavors. The wagyu tacos were a highlight—rich, flavorful, and expertly balanced. The lamb chops were cooked to perfection, juicy and full of depth. The king crab tempura was another standout, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients with a light, crispy texture. To finish, the vanilla tart was a perfect ending to an incredible meal—light, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. Nobu at Caesar’s Palace delivers on every level, from food to service to ambiance. We are locals and thought we would try this new sushi restaurant. Surprisingly , it was a fantastic experience. Since it is in the Green Valley Ranch Casino, I was expecting the usual high price and mediocre food. This was anything but. I had the sashimi platter with 12 pieces of the freshest and best fish available. We also had the wagyu steak and a side order of the wild mushroom fried rice. We even shared a green tea creme brulee for dessert. Our server Deja was incredibly friendly, upbeat and so professional that it made the experience wonderful. We will definitely go back and I highly recommend trying this restaurant.

Outstanding in every way. Creative cocktails and a good wine selection. Our table chose the pmakase option and we loved everything that was served from presentation to taste. Service was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend!
