Nami Nori is a casual, award. winning, temaki bar specializing in open-style sushi hand rolls. Our menu features signature temaki, including crunchy varieties, as well as takes on the classics and a special vegan section. The open-style temaki allows guests to enjoy a wide variety of flavors, in each fun-to-eat, visually tempting bite.We also serve Japanese-inspired snacks and appetizers, along with a selection of beer, sake and wine, available on tap and by the bottle. Azabu Miami Beach, houses various experiences under one roof; tied together with the spirit of Omatenashi, the essence of Japanese hospitality. Beyond Azabu lies The Den, an exclusive hidden omakase room specializing in the art of Edomae Sushi helmed by Master Sushi Chefs. Located inside The Stanton Hotel, The Den at Azabu Miami Beach elevates the local culinary scene with authentic Japanese cuisine and transportive experiences. The Den serves Edomae Tokyo style sushi. The Den is a 18 seat counter, omakase style sushi restaurant, where Sushi chefs will guide guests through an authentic omakase experience. Most ingredients will be flown in directly from the Toyosu fish market in Tokyo. The Den serves a multi course menu with no a la carte options. Food menus are $300++ or $185++ per guest. The Den has set seating times, open Tuesday-Saturday. All guest must consume raw fish. Bookings must be prepaid. Strict 24 hour cancellation with no acception. Please see cancellation policy.

Zitz Sum is a 30 seat seasonal restaurant located inside of an historic building in Coral Gables, Florida. Our story, is a story of resilience, passion & commitment, that is translated in a plate of food, excellent service and unapologetic gracious hospitality. Our current menu is an autobiographical journey reflecting Chef’s experiences and our affinity for Japanese ingredients and technique. We currently offer A la carte menu that changes with the seasons, and a Seven Course Tasting Menu that changes weekly. Our tasting menu consists of playful snacks and bites to get the night going, and an array of our signature and favorite current dishes. Part of the tasting menu is presented in a family style format conducive for sharing and celebrating. Zitz Sum is recipient of a 2022, 2023 & 2024 Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand Award, a 2022 James Beard Foundation Semifinalist for Best New Restaurant and a New York Times 2022 Best 50 Restaurants in America.

    The tasting menu was superb! Each course was better than the previous one! At first glance the portions appear small however they are perfect! We left very pleased! The service was excellent the staff worked as a team and our courses came out seamlessly-

    Loved everything - amazing service - beautiful minimalist decor - a menu to die for! We had the best lunch it was so fun to receive the box of nori to create their version of a hand-roll that resembles a sushi taco. We order the signature set - beyond delicious - very favorite was x.o. Scallop. Our appetizers were delectable too. We had the wasabi cucumber tataki and the spicy tuna dip. Just when we thought it couldn’t get better we had a yummy dessert of warm sesame miso chocolate chip cookie! Do not miss this gem!

    The food, staff, and ambiance were truly exceptional, creating an unforgettable dining experience. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor, while the attentive and friendly staff ensured top-notch service throughout the evening.     Epic!!! There is no better dining experience in Miami. The food, the service, the intimate atmosphere, I cannot say enough about how amazing this place is. Honestly we wanted to stay for the second seating it was so good. Do yourself a favor and book a spot here asap!!
