Welcome to Tempura Matsui –A Michelin One Star–Tempura Matsui invites you to experience the fine art of cooking tempura. We only serve Omakase Dinner Course for $280 per person at 2 specific times Tuesdays through Saturdays between 5:30PM and 8PM. I’ve been going to Yopparai for nearly fifteen years. It’s a perfect combination of both familiar and inventive izakaya food — with, of course, great pairings of sake, shochu, and other beverages. The staff, chefs, and owners are always attentive and go the extra mile. Excited to see an old favorite still going strong!

Great, small restaurant that’s chef owned. Authentic, yet creative menu. Nice atmosphere. Definitely sit at the sushi bar and watch the magic happen.
