Jang – the name stemming from the Korean word for sauce – is where the flavours of Seoul meet the spirit of Kyoto, all within a Grade I Listed London landmark. Taking flavours from her hometown of Gwangju as well as impressions from Seoul, Kyoto and beyond, head chef Dana Choi has created a menu that champions techniques from both countries, using the best of British produce. Set right in the heart of the City, Jang is open for lunch and dinner, Monday to Friday. Super impressed with Mexican Seoul. Booked based upon reviews and was not disappointed. All of the food was outstanding although the bulgogi tacos were the outstanding dish. Service was also spot on - really nice staff and very friendly. Highly recommended.

My friend and I had an amazing experience at SAKUSEI ANGEL. The atmosphere was cozy and authentic, with a modern touch. We started with perfectly crisp gyoza and fresh edamame, followed by a sushi platter that was both beautifully presented and incredibly fresh. The teriyaki chicken was tender, with a rich, well-balanced sauce. The service was outstanding—attentive and friendly without being intrusive. We finished with mochi ice cream, which was the perfect end to the meal. Overall, the quality of food and service was excellent, and we can't wait to come back!
