They began as a pop-up back in 2020 with a simple goal of changing the way we eat Lebanese food, and since, they've become one of the Shire's most visited venues. And if their ridiculously delicious menu was not enough to tempt, their newly renovated, chic and oh-so-stylish space will be. Colourful plates of meat and the freshest herbs and veg, meet sage-hued banquette seats, track lighting and steelframed doors and windows. The Bait Restaurant chefs team brings the best in Mediterranean and Seafood culinary skills to Brighton-le-Sands. Lebanese cuisine, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influences combine to create a fusion of styles and tastes. You can delight in the cuisine in our beautiful restaurant, designed by Mia Derbas at Uma Interiors, or enjoy a completely separate menu to take home. Book a table online or order your take away for collection at the time you chose.We hope you enjoy Bait enough to become a frequent visitor. Tell us what your family favourite dishes are and as we evolve and adjust our menu we can hopefully include them.     We had the pre-theatre dinner banquet and everything was delicious. What our group thought was excellent was that there was the flexibility for the 6 of us to choose different banquets as long as 2 people chose the same thing. Their lamb and arnabeet were our particular favourites.

    What a lovely surprise outstanding in every way. Food beautiful quality, different than the general restaurant menu, delicious and so well presented. Staff very attentive, overall very pleasant experience. We were seated in a private area which worked well for us . There is a roof top bar section for those who like a party atmosphere.

    The atmosphere was warm and inviting! incredible staff who were attentive and helped select the perfect wine pairing for our meal. will surely visit again!

    Great lunch &wine tasting.the guy from winery was so good explaining the various wines. It really made our day out enjoyable.

    Authentic Lebanese cuisine. The cauliflower and squid are particularly delicious. Attentive staff always with recommendations. Would recommend, a little expensive but you get what you pay for.
