Our server Jennifer was great. Haven't tried Breakfast or Lunch yet, but Dinner was different.

My only complaint is that the reserved back room where we were located was freezing cold. I totally understand that due to the atmosphere and needing the air to circulate to stay fresh is essential to their business, so I get why it was necessary. However, in the future I would make sure I wear something warmer because I was literally trembling by the time we left. Overall though it was a very cool experience. The selection was diverse, the flavors of the infused cocktails were delicious, and the staff was really kind.

The Rouge room is a great place if your are looking for live music but your expectations on food, are low. They used to have an amazing menu but now it’s smaller bites that somewhat just miss the mark if you show up with any appetite. Oysters were amazing and fresh but anything actually in control by kitchen, was mediocre at best. We had the tuna crispy rice and the tuna was mid, waygu tacos were ok and the yeah the yellow tail susimi was great. Hoping they add the burger back to the menu, we heard it was their best seller.

The atmosphere, food, and vibe was great but the service was terrible from the moment we entered the establishment. The hostess ended up being our server and just did not know the menu, answers to questions, brought out the wrong items, etc. and was not ready and/or trained enough to be on the floor. The manager was very friendly and accommodating and is the only reason why we stayed as we were from out of town and came to watch the fights. Without knowing the area very well, we would have gone to another establishment; especially since we made a reservation and did not receive the type of table we reserve.

Everything was great! Great service and cocktails.
