It is operated by the couple, Chef Juan Lopez Luna et sommelier and wine importer Lindsay Brennan. Excellent informative service both for the food and for the wine pairing. Portions are well-sized (had the 5-course tasting menu). Music level was a bit too loud at first but staff brought it down. A most enjoyable evening.
