We had an amazing dining experience! The food was phenomenal, and the service was top-notch.  It was a great way to celebrate our anniversary with possibly the best paella we have ever eaten. And the cheeses and chorizo were authentic Spanish along with the jamon, all freshly sliced to order. The wine selection was excellent and everyone on staff was friendly and accommodating.  Highly recommended!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by Tatianna, the hostess, who not only made us feel at home but also provided fantastic recommendations for local spots to explore during our visit to Quebec. Our server, Rodrigo, was a true gem. Trilingual, charismatic, and incredibly attentive, he made the evening even more special with his engaging personality and flawless service. He had a way of anticipating every need while adding a layer of joy and entertainment to the meal. Rodrigo is a true professional who elevates the dining experience. Now, on to the food—the highlight of the evening. As a former chef, I can confidently say this was one of the greatest culinary experiences of my life. The menu, crafted by the talented young chef Arthur from France, is nothing short of extraordinary. Arthur’s ability to merge classic French techniques with innovative, forward-thinking elements is pure genius. Each dish felt like a modern ode to tradition, paying respect to French culinary heritage while pushing it into the future. The Noël 2024 menu is superb. Every plate was not just food but art, showcasing impeccable attention to detail, stunning presentation, and harmonious flavors that danced on the palate. Nous avons passé un excellent réveillon de Noël chez Mama-C. L’ambiance est chaleureuse et festive et nous avons énormément apprécié le fait que la musique n’était pas envahissante permettant aisément la conversation. La nourriture d’une fraîcheur irréprochable était succulente et le service des différents mezze a été fait à un rythme parfait pour nous. Malgré un restaurant complètement bondé, notre serveur était très attentionné. Nous y retournerons assurément!
