Callie represents Chef Travis Swikard's debut solo project after spending a decade working alongside the esteemed Chef Daniel Boulud in New York City. This was a new restaurant to check out and it did not disappoint! Service ambience, and food was amazing! It was busy and seemed like locals knew it was a great spot as well. We will definitely go back!

We really loved the space! It had a great, almost club like atmosphere. I ordered the filet mignon, which I had to cook table side. It was brought to me on a hot stone. It came with rustic potatoes, best potatoes I ever had. My fiance ordered the chicken breast, the chicken was very bland and dry, he was pretty disappointed. Over all great experience, staff was very friendly, will come back.

As all of us live on the east coast, this was our first time at this restaurant. They food was INCREDIBLE, and our waitress was phenomenal. She described the appetizers and entrees perfectly and provided patient and attentive services. Truthfully, these is not a bad item on this menu. While it was our first time at Bandar, it will definitely not be our last. It will be on the top of our list of places to dine the next time we are in San Diego.

It was so much more than the exquisite meal - it was an experience. Callie’s servers are the most knowledgable, best trained, most service oriented team we’ve ever experienced. We had the tasting menu which was EXTRAORDINARY and - for the brave - the delicious Kook Juice from the bar. Our favorite place to dine in San Diego!
