Our first location (on Park Avenue in Winter Park, FL) has firmly established our presence as the premier Turkish restaurant company in Florida. We are honored that Primo has been designated a Recommended Restaurant in the inaugural Florida 2022 MICHELIN Guide. Led by award-winning chef Melissa Kelly, our restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine, featuring organic produce and a carefully crafted wine list. The menu focuses on the farm-to-table experience with seasonal highlights including produce, honey and eggs sourced from on-premises Primo Garden and Whisper Creek Farm in addition to Mick's Farm and Frog Song Organics in the local community. All seafood is also locally sourced from Florida waters, including clams from Cedar Key, white shrimp and squid from Cape Canaveral, and Snapper, grouper, and other seasonal catch from Ponce Inlet. Mountain Trail Farm in Clermont, FL provides Primo with whole pigs, which are prepared several different ways. The service was perfect. We were greeted and seated right away our server was friendly and knowledgeable, offered wonderful guidance on menu options. Our cocktails were done just right and for hotel prices, pretty reasonable. I can definitely understand the Michelin recommendation for PRIMO. The quality was excellent. There are a lot of kids in the restaurant and it is bright and louder than I was hoping for, so keep that in mind. If you are looking for an intimate dinner, this probably isn’t the spot. We absolutely loved everything else about this place and we will return!

Hello, it was a very good experience although not our first time there. It was the first time that we made the reservation using yout app. When we arrived there they said that there was not any reservation on my name. As there was enough seatting places we enjoyed our friends and the food.
