We enjoyed everything and our server was wonderful!

My partner and I came to Avec for an anniversary dinner and it did NOT disappoint! We each got a cocktail and then ordered four dishes to share (the endive and apple salad, the short rib hummus, the campanelli, and the lamb kefta calzone). Each was INCREDIBLE, but the short rib hummus was 100% the show stopper (i'd come back just to eat that!) The portion sizes were also good for the value. The restaurant itself was beautiful and had such lovely ambience. I will say that we did not receive any sort of "anniversary" benefit - usually restaurants will throw in like an extra something if it's a special occasion, not sure if that's the case at Avec! But either way, we had an absolutely wonderful time and will be coming back.

I recommend the RPM chopped salad, the oysters, the grilled octopus, the clam chowder soup and the filet. It was AMAZING! I apologize in advance I forgot our servers name, she remembered all my notes I put and explained the menu with details. She made it very special! Exactly what I wanted for my boyfriend’s birthday dinner! She was a pretty blonde girl, she’s wonderful! If anyone can give me her name I would love to recommend her to my friends if they want to dine here!

Delmonico med rare was so good. Excellent service and steaks. Did not disappoint.

The food was far better than I even expected and the service was outstanding. It’s hard to beat this beautiful location.
